With the support of others and inspired by cherished memories of cooking with my mother and grandmother, we opened Fabios to bring fresh pasta to the beachside.

Fabios Pasta was established in 2020 by Chef/Owner Fabio, who was inspired by memories of cooking with his mother and grandmother and wanted to bring fresh, handmade pasta to the Venice Beach boardwalk. Our mission emphasizes tradition and quality: using authentic Italian flour, fresh locally-sourced ingredients, and crafting everything in-house daily. The restaurant pairs the casual seaside setting with chef-driven pasta. We're described as “the epitome of a hole-in-the-wall".
